By means of questionaire, industrial health nursemorale was investigated in 30 persons (10 registered nurses: 15 high school graduates: 5 University graduates) sampled at random throughout the country form March to April in 1979. Positive aspects were observed in sarlary (66.7%), individual health maintenance (66.7%), exhibition of initiative spirit (60%), social standing, work loads and leisure (56.7%), whereas negative aspects appeared in contentment of duty (63.4%), human relationship to senior staffs (60%) and practical application and extension of University work (53.4%). However, neither positive nor negative results were found in personal administration, budget management and interpersonal relationship among their colleagues (50%).
